To build a united, patriotic, disciplined, prosperous, self-reliant and sovereign Uganda where every citizen is empowered to contribute to national development, guided by integrity, service, constitutionalism and a shared commitment to the common good.

To mobilise Ugandans to fulfil their civic duties as citizens of this land, for the benefit of society as a whole and to jealously guard Uganda's unique natural and social harmony.
