The gathering brought together enthusiastic patriots and community members in a powerful demonstration of grassroots engagement and commitment to the values championed by the PLU.
Tororo’s response follows the League’s continued nationwide outreach programme, which is taking PLU engagement directly to communities across the country. The organisation has recently intensified its grassroots mobilisation activities, with Barazas providing an opportunity for citizens, leaders and supporters to engage around patriotism, responsible citizenship and Uganda’s development agenda.
The choice of Molo Primary School Playground in Magodes as the Tororo stop had earlier been announced as part of the ongoing PLU Baraza outreach, and the remarkable turnout reflected the excitement and readiness of the people to participate in the patriotic movement.
